Whistleblowing
Internal Whistleblowing
This channel is available to all school employees, including as teachers, non-teaching staff, and service providers.
In compliance with the General Anti-Corruption Framework, approved by Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021 of December 9, as well as the General Whistleblower Protection Framework, approved by Law No. 93/2021 of December 20, we provide the Reporting Channel, through which any infraction or inappropriate conduct can be securely reported.
Through this channel, it is possible to report conduct that violates our Code of Ethics and Conduct or disrespects the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Law, among other applicable regulations.
The information transmitted, as well as the identity of the whistleblower, is treated confidentially in accordance with current legislation.
External Whistleblowing
This channel is available to all members of the school community who are not employees, such as students, parents, guardians, and family members, as well as external individuals and entities.
In compliance with the General Anti-Corruption Framework, approved by Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021 of December 9, as well as the General Whistleblower Protection Framework, approved by Law No. 93/2021 of December 20, we provide the Reporting Channel, through which any infraction or inappropriate conduct can be securely reported.
Through this channel, it is possible to report conduct that violates the internal regulations of LIS or disrespects the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Law, among other applicable regulations, including harassment situations as stipulated by law.
The information transmitted, as well as the identity of the whistleblower, is treated confidentially in accordance with current legislation.
